Enjoy an enticing, fun yoga practice connecting body and breath. Jax’s vinyasa flow practice along with the many years of varying sports and exercises – including the Superman – creates a class that is fun, challenging and also “oh so gentle” but alway ending with her favorite words “Just be kind.”
Low impact weight training class for all levels to help us connect with our physical strength as we grow our mental strength. Weight training is proven to lower blood pressure, reduce stress, and help our bodies support all of it’s parts to reduce the likelihood of injuries.
This “Wake Up” program helps build the immune system and creates Happy Molecules all throughout the body! This vibrant combination of QiGong, Chair Yoga, simple stretching and meditation is what she has practiced for over 35 years. Colleen learned Qigong and meditation as a professional athlete and attributes her success in over 75 triathlon victories to combining these practices to create fitness from the “Inside-Out!”. It’s Fun and Playful and the best way to “Wake Up” – soon you won’t need coffee. Colleen will occasionally feature guest instructors to spice up the session.
