Our virtual platform is jam-packed with live workouts, informative discussions with inspirational speakers, interactive group gatherings, guided meditations, and so much more to help you create your dream life now.

Each month our special guest experts provide fresh content on all things body, mind, and spirit, spanning topics such as food, fitness, and fun. Our social platform gives you access to connect and engage with a global community that unites women of all ages and abilities, who come together to grow, laugh, create, share, and support each other in a non-competitive atmosphere.

Journeying into The Quest will help you increase your self-compassion as you become more aligned with yourself and what is important to you. Most importantly, you discover that YOU are what you have been searching for, and your “one wild and precious life” is here right now!

 Let’s keep moving and playing! Enjoy live yoga, fitness, and movement classes each week, suitable for all levels, plus an archive library of recorded sessions to choose from.

Including guided meditations to help soothe your soul and sleep, inspiring prompts, and deep discussions with leaders on topics like the brain and neuroscience.

Join our special rituals and ceremonies, and receive daily inspirational wake up messages directly to your phone to help you start off your day creating happy molecules.

What to Expect:

LIVE INTERACTION: We wanted to bring you THE REAL DEAL! We will have multiple LIVE classes and events each week because we feel everyone needs connection and camaraderie and… the truth is… Your presence is the magic ingredient! All sessions are recorded so you can access them if you are unable to attend live.

COMMUNITY SUPPORT: Share these unique experiences with a group of like-minded women, who will likely become your new besties within about an hour.

LOADS OF SELF-LOVE, AND LOTS OF FUN!: We anticipate that each month you will come away with solid learning and appreciation for yourself, your health, and play!

Class Descriptions

 Live Sessions Include:

Enjoy an enticing, fun yoga practice connecting body and breath. Jax’s vinyasa flow practice along with the many years of varying sports and exercises – including the Superman – creates a class that is fun, challenging and also “oh so gentle” but alway ending with her favorite words “Just be kind.”

Low impact weight training class for all levels to help us connect with our physical strength as we grow our mental strength. Weight training is proven to lower blood pressure, reduce stress, and help our bodies support all of it’s parts to reduce the likelihood of injuries.

 This “Wake Up” program helps build the immune system and creates Happy Molecules all throughout the body! This vibrant combination of QiGong, Chair Yoga, simple stretching and meditation is what she has practiced for over 35 years. Colleen learned Qigong and meditation as a professional athlete and attributes her success in over 75 triathlon victories to combining these practices to create fitness from the “Inside-Out!”.  It’s Fun and Playful and the best way to “Wake Up” – soon you won’t need coffee. Colleen will occasionally feature guest instructors to spice up the session. 

Recorded Sessions Include:

Bedtime Yoga and Meditation with Liz: This gentle practice is a great remedy to decompress and prepare for a good night’s rest.  Put on something comfy and prepare for 45 minutes of restful, pre-bedtime yoga with a closing 10-15 minute guided meditation.

Pilates and Yoga with Christina: This low impact class blends dynamic vinyasa flow with strength and body lengthening drawing from Yoga and Pilates. Each class will incorporate stretching, balance exercises, and core conditioning. We explore different ways to create space and flexibility for all parts of the body. All you need is your yoga mat and a smile!

Soft Animal Yoga and Movement with Gretchen Sprio:  A fusion of yoga, organic strength training, fluid movement, poetry, and prayer. Connect to your grounded presence, self-compassion, strength, and mobility.



Meet the Teachers
Meet Colleen
Colleen Cannon founded Women’s Quest after a highly successful career as a professional triathlete. In her racing days, she was World Champion in 1984 and National Champion in 1988 and 1990. She also was a multiple U.S. National team member.

Her passions, besides chocolate and being in nature, are liberating and empowering women through movement and balance, and targeting their true “hearts’ desire.” Colleen continues to EVOLVE adventures for Women’s Quest, delighting in ways to ENCHANT women with the experiences that coax happiness grown from joyful physical experiences.
